SIG System's Module that handles on register the products income.
Warehouse Inventory Income Module, allows the creation of product reception’s records that maintains electronics records of income products and accountant asociated data. It can identify Administrative Unit, receiving user, delivery person, select supplier from a list of business companys previusly entered in the company module, warehouse destination from a list of available warehauses that will enter in the sistem, among others.
The income can be from:
· Orden de Compra Material: that can be internally, where the registry is searched in existing Ordenes de Compra records and preload necessary data to help filling the fields, or can be referencial, where the user must fill manually all the necessary fields.
· Proveedor-Contrato Proyecto: here the registry is searched by available Contracts, Administrative Unit, Supplier and warehouse, al this data previusly filled, to compare with the arrival quantity.
· Proveedor-Orden de Compra Proyecto: here the registry is searched by all Orden de Compra records, Administrative Unit, Supplier and warehouse, al this data previusly filled, to compare with the arrival quantity.
· Internal movement between warehouse: thanks to all products can be in one or many warehaouses, this form helps to make mmovements between all available warehauses.
· Adjust Movement: if there are some error in a product stock or it wish to initiate stock control for a product, this form must be used.
Every registry can handle a number of states that established the process of the reception. Thanks to the stock control system, it can be known the product stock in every state (transitory stock), once all states has passed, the transitory stock becomes in real stock, increasing the available product stock.
Also it has a printable version of the document with the barcode of all products and signing section, to maintain a tangible record, this file can be digitized and attached the the registry.
It has a view that lista ll the records that can be filtered and exported in simple and extended way, this last provides information of all items in a quickly way. Besides the lists views remember the filters applied to ease the user navigation.
